Almost to Tears
We have a new project to start on at work. The good news is it means we'll all keep ourselves employed for awhile longer. The bad news? I don't want to be a QA type person right now. Oh, I'm sure I'll change my mind as early as tomorrow...but right now, I want to be something else.
A cat burglar.
Or an international spy.
Pirate sounds fun.
Yes. I'm bored. QA means testing the same thing over and over and over and over and...I have a small section on the client we're testing now, and it takes me all of 45 minutes to run through my test case, and because it's a small part, it's pretty much complete...what I've written bugs against, they don't plan on fixing before GM.
So I spend my days trying to break other parts of the client half-heartily; spend it writing/reading journal entries; reading Fark. Surfing.
Twiddling my thumbs.
I live life in the fast lane.
